Graduation Cake and Cupcakes
Gradutation time! Well...I'm a few months behind on pictures, but these were so much fun! I loved the grafitti cupcakes, for a great guy who loves the art of grafitti!
Cupcakes!!!
I used to shy away from cupcakes, never really knew what to do with them! But latley, they have been a huge part of my kitchen. It's such an honor to be asked to make some "amazing" cupcakes for anything from a dozen for a random dinner night with friends to 21 dozen for a wedding! These are just some flavors and side cupcakes that don't get a whole lot of recgonition, but I thought needed a place to be seen!
-Vanilla Cake with Raspberry Filling & Lemon Frosting, Snickers, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting-
-Chocolate Cake with Oreo Buttercream Filling & Vanilla Frosting-
-Vanilla Cake with Strawberry Buttercream Frosting-
-Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting-
-Caramelized Banana Cake with Fudge Filling & Vanilla Frosting, Topped with Toasted Coconut-
-Key Lime Cake with Key Lime Cream Cheese Frosting-
-Orange Cake with Vanilla & Orange Swirl Frosting-
Dinos!
One thing my son loves right now is Dinosaurs! So to get these two different birthday Dinos out the door was quite the task. There was a little sneaky-ness involved!
For the 3D T-Rex I used rice treats...and the lucky recipient of this T-Rex, I was told, "At off of it for days"!
The cake was for a little boy who loves the bone side of Dinos....future archeologist perhaps?!

African Horizon
i
If I could go anywhere in the world, it would be to Africa. I would love to go on a safari and see all the amazing animals there....this cake was amazing! I love everything about it :D
Dallas Cowboys
Being a Dallas Cowboys fan myself, I was excited to get this request from an out of town customer. Dark Chocolate with fudge filling and decorated as a Cowboys star...doesn't get much better than that!
Mickey Birthday
This little boy just loves Mickey Mouse...and who doesn't!? I, personally, love anything Disney, so this cake was a great project!
